In November of 2021 we sold our rental home in San Diego and purchased a vacation/rental home in Portland Oregon. A few images of our home in Portland. Built in 1954, with a daylight basement and still has the original cedar planking which has been preserved by a large 24″ overhang around the entire house.
Another couple trips in the books and we are still making updates to our van. I’m feeling pretty good about where we are with the build, we’ll be putting on some miles later in 2021. Doing a bit of maintenance on the brake system and adding some alloy wheels and new Cooper 265/75/R16 tires.
After making a 2,500 mile trip from San Diego to Lake Oswego, Oregon and back we found that there was a need for a few updates. Especially adding a toilet, sink and wash station. With the 2020/2021 COVID lockdown I kept busy for months updating our Ford E150 van to meet our new camping standards.
