Our CNC Router has a 25"x 50" milling area. This estimator will give you pricing on routing from sheet stock, known as 2 ½ D cutting. If you need 3D milling please use our Project Request Form. The material selections limit you to sheet stock available. You will be charged for the sheet size you select. When laying out your parts keep the sheet sizes in mind. LEAVE 1/2" between part and sheet's edges. THIS IS A MUST! Just off-set wood sheets edges and use it for references. We limit only two uploads so keep all parts sorted in their respective materials and include sheets size quantities and wood type next to each sheet. Use 1" letters to show wood type and quantities for each sheet. Send us a file that represents one kit only, we will multiply parts for you to fill your order. You will need to remove all unnecessary line types, text styles and fonts. Using DXF is the most universal format, Illustrator .AI or AutoCad DWG format works also.
